What a way to kick off the crazy-making Mariah Carey Holiday Season Blitzkrieg? No sooner than getting over the Halloween hangover—which careened us into the most disastrous election “of our lifetime”—all I hear now while sashaying into any retail establishment is that damn Christmas carroll chirping on repeat. Joy…shmoy! How that became a campaign promise I’ll never know. Hope and change my toochess.

[SIDEBAR] May all 14,000,00 of you couch potatoes who didn’t vote find nothing but coal in your Christmas stockings. Or a one way ticket to one of Abe’s Lobotomy Farms.

Does Mariah incentivize anyone to spending money as opposed to running out the door? All it does is remind us of how much bank she’s making while many Americans are wondering how those damn ‘Trump Tax Cuts’ are going to effect us—while possibly obliterating the Christmas spirit forever. As it is, Americans are already feeling the residual effects of his blabbering across various spectrums. It’s enough to make me want to smack the joy off anyone wearing a red hat. Including Santa Klaus.
