The New York Times Is The Worst
They Have Never and Will Never Be a Friend of the Jews
The New York Times ran the above headline and subtitle about Israel and American opinion, designed to do one thing: make Jews afraid. Afraid of losing allies, afraid of losing sympathy, afraid that public opinion might somehow decide our right to exist.
Let me be clear: being afraid is not an option — not if we are to ride the tidal wave of Jew hatred that has infested the moral landscape.
And here’s the kicker: The New York Times is the last one to use their usual inappropriate headlines at this critical moment as the hostages are about to be released. This is the same “paper of record” that buried the lead on the Holocaust — yes, that Holocaust — until November 1942, while millions of us were suffering in Europe. The paper is owned by Jews. With friends like that, who needs enemies?
The Times has routinely questioned Israel’s ethics while giving cover to those who have been calling for its destruction.
The Sulzberger family better refrain from lecturing the Jews who actually care about the future of our homeland and peoplehood. Their “moral clarity” is almost laughable. They helped tear us down with their newsroom intifada — a slow, steady campaign of distortion, selective empathy, and misinformation since October 7. They have been moral arsonists masquerading as journalists.
Their newsroom is chock full of Qatari-funded, propagandized college grads who’ve poisoned the well — and their reputation — for a generation.
“Legacy media?” Pshaw.
The Grey Lady isn’t venerable anymore; vulnerable is more like it. She be telling tales from the crypt and has resorted to relying on clickbait and outrage to meet the ever-declining relevance. They recently hired a romance novelist to punch up their headlines in an effort to seduce readers back to the fold alongside assorted antisemitic doom scrollers.
After everything we’ve survived, everything we’ve now seen in technicolor, excuse me for ignoring anything she/they has to say about the future of the Jewish people.
And this is why I am so incensed. How dare they position this moment as “A Test for Israel?”
Why is it only a test for Israel and not for anyone else?
Why not for the violent terrorists who started this war?
Why not for the Arab nations who fund chaos and hide behind proxies?
Why not for the two-faced Western leaders who preach peace while bankrolling hate and goose up their constituents?
Why not for the far-left “activists” who excuse atrocities, or the far-right bigots who cheer them on?
Why is it always Israel on trial — always the Jews who must prove our morality to a world not even worthy of breathing air on earth? When you hear the chants of our enemies quoting the Koran, it leaves us no choice but to kill or be killed. Hey, that is their mantra. Don’t hate the player when we’re forced to play by their rules.
If this isn’t a test for all of us, then it is a test for none of us.
Quite frankly, it’s a test for humanity as long as truth is on trial.

What they’re really saying when they say, “an entire generation” of voters is that from the very noisy far left and the very noisy far right are where all the voters are. The paper I wouldn’t even wipe my tuchus with is so into identity politics and bothsidism that it is ignoring a large voting demographic: the middle.
Your “what about” all the other bad actors on earth’s stage does not excuse the brutality and disproportionate suffering inflicted on Palestinians. This is not about Jews or antisemitism (I’m married to a Jew), it’s about the state of Israel and its theft and decimation of an indigenous homeland and it’s people. Shame on Israel, you’ve lost touch with your past.
