About Loren Colin, a Southern California native, has lived in Los Angeles for over 30 years. He attended UCLA and studied History and Communication Studies. Loren has been involved in LA politics as long as he has been in the city, having worked on a campaign for the Elected City Charter Reform Commission and as co-Chair of the Silver Lake Neighborhood Council. Professionally, Loren had a two-decade career in marketing and then made the leap to help lead a technology startup. He has now joined the small businessperson ranks running marketing and media companies. Loren currently resides in Echo Park with his partner, two kids, a dog and cat.
